Registration and the core trust score system are completely free. There is no subscription fee to submit prices or maintain your public profile.

How Submissions Work

  1. Register with your CEA number. We verify your registration against the CEA public register. Your name, agency, and registration status must match.
  2. Submit after closing a deal. Enter the property details and transacted price. Takes about 30 seconds. You can submit from your phone or computer.
  3. Your submission is timestamped and locked. After 24 hours, the submission cannot be edited. This is how we ensure submissions are genuine predictions, not after-the-fact adjustments.
  4. Wait for HDB to publish. When the official data drops (usually 2-3 months later), the system automatically matches your submission and calculates your accuracy.
  5. Your profile updates. Each verified match updates your trust score, tier, and town ranking. Share your profile link on social media, PropertyGuru, or your own website.

Pioneer Programme

The first 100 agents to register receive a permanent Pioneer badge on their profile. This badge stays even after 100 agents have joined. It marks you as one of the founding agents who believed in the platform before it was proven.

Do I need to submit every transaction?

No. You choose which transactions to submit. But your trust score is only calculated from verified submissions, so the more you submit, the stronger your profile becomes.

What if I submit a price and the official data does not match?

If the system cannot find a matching official transaction within 6 months, the submission is marked "Unverified" and does not affect your score positively or negatively.

Can I delete a bad submission?

No. Once locked, submissions are permanent. If you delete your account, your data stays on the platform in anonymised form. The system is designed so that the only way to have a good score is to be genuinely accurate.

Is my personal information shared?

Your name, CEA number, agency, and accuracy data are public (that is the point of the platform). Your email and phone number are never displayed.

What is the cost?

Registration and the trust score system are free. We plan to offer optional premium features in the future (featured profile placement, analytics dashboard, lead alerts), but the core system will always be free.
