SG Property Index ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Brewtonic Inc Pte Ltd (UEN: 201839498R), a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Data We Collect

For website visitors (no account)

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Analytics data via Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, no personal data tracking)

For registered agents

• CEA registration number
• Full name (as registered with CEA)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Agency name
• Transaction submissions (property details and prices)

2. How We Use Your Data

• CEA verification: We check your registration number against the CEA public register to confirm your identity and active registration status.
• Trust score calculation: Your transaction submissions are matched against official HDB data to calculate accuracy scores.
• Public profile: Your name, CEA number, agency, trust score, and accuracy history are displayed publicly. This is the core purpose of the platform.
• Communication: We may contact you by email regarding your account, verification results, or platform updates.

3. What Is Made Public

By registering as an agent on SG Property Index, you consent to the following data being displayed publicly:

• Your name and CEA registration number
• Your agency name
• Your trust score, tier, and badges
• Your submission history and accuracy results
• Your town specialisation rankings

Your email address and phone number are never displayed publicly.

4. What Is Never Collected

• Buyer or seller personal information (we do not collect any data about transaction parties)
• Unit numbers (submissions record block and storey range only)
• Financial details beyond the transacted price

5. Data Retention

Transaction submissions and accuracy records are retained indefinitely as part of the platform's public record. If you delete your account, your submissions and scores remain on the platform in anonymised form (your name is replaced with "Anonymous Agent").

This is disclosed at registration. The purpose is to maintain the integrity of the scoring system and prevent agents from erasing poor performance records.

6. Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. If you register an account, we use a session cookie to maintain your login. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that track individual users.

7. Third-Party Data Sources

We retrieve official HDB resale transaction data from data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence. This data contains no personal information about buyers or sellers.
