Overview

Bayshore I is one of two Prime BTO projects in the new Bayshore estate in Bedok, launching in October 2026. Sitting beside East Coast Park with Bayshore MRT at its doorstep, it offers around 1,640 units across 2-room Flexi, 3-room and 4-room flats. As a Prime project it carries a 10-year minimum occupation period and a subsidy recovery on resale.
