Overview

Caldecott in Toa Payoh is the marquee Prime project of the October 2026 exercise, with around 1,430 flats beside the Caldecott interchange. It comprises about 590 2-room Flexi and 580 4-room units alongside rental and 260 assisted-living flats, the first assisted-living units in Toa Payoh. Its central location and Prime status make strong demand almost certain.

Before you apply. Submit your HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter documents by 15 September 2026 to be ready to apply.

Since the second half of 2024, HDB flats are classified as Standard, Plus or Prime by location and subsidy level rather than by mature or non-mature town.

The October 2026 exercise is the next upcoming HDB Build-To-Order launch (the February and June 2026 exercises have already been held).
